Make client survey to check the performance of the agents.
Receive requests from clients
Recieve complaints/appreciation towards the services
Follow up for all the received house issues and making sure these are being solved on time by the personnel/deparement responsible for them.
Make daily report for your daily work.

We require:

Fluent English and can speak mandarin is a plus

Job Description

Job Title : Marketing Intern    Department : English Marketing
Report to : Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

1. On-going monitoring of the website
2. Research & content creation
3. Modify and create presentations (Power Point)
4. Social media marketing: posting & monitoring
3. Conduct selling Expat Relocation & immigration service to MNC’s for long-term cooperation
5. Set up meetings with HR, Admin and Procurement Directors
6. Google analytics and SEO

Requirements:

1. Excellent English level
2. Good organization skills & time management skills
3. Hard working, results-orientated and ability to work in a team
4. Can do attitude
5. Experience in Marketing and Communication
6. Basic knowledge of social media + google
7. Experience of Microsoft office: excel, power point and word
8. Previous writing experience and photography skills are plus
9. Previous experience in an international environment are a plus
10. Minimum assignment period of 2 months and 24 hours/week

Intern, Business Development

Work description:

Set up BD meetings with potential clients
Find potential leads in MNC’s
Attend BD meetings
Update CRM database
Prepare biddings
Networking at industry related events

Bachelor degree
Sales experience (Cold calling and Networking events)
Fluent in English both written and oral
Work under sales pressure
Result driven
Good communications skills
Pro Active, Ambitious and willing to work overtime to meet deadlines

Job responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain the company's English official website;
2. Develop and operate the company's marketing channels (such as SmartShanghai, Google, WeChat, etc.);
3. Collect and sort out customer requirements;
4. Communicate with various departments;
5. Assist in the promotion of corporate culture within the company;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the marketing manager.

Skills:

1. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
